Brook Avenue, located in the Southeast Como neighborhood, features 95 modern units and provides students a unique opportunity to be involved in how the building is run. Like other Riverton Communities, Brook is a housing Co-op. Co-op housing lets residents serve as members of the building’s self-governing body.
Brook is only a few blocks from Dinkytown and the UMN campus, and offers in-unit washer/dryers, a large fitness center, a bike café, heated-underground parking, and a large community lounge.
