After facing challenging conditions posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Trademark Apartments reaches stabilization with 100% of apartments leased.
In the fall of 2020, Trademark Apartments opened its doors on the University of Minnesota campus. Designed for boutique student living, the furnished studio apartments offer residents simple, sustainable comfort with close access to campus and downtown. However, with the pandemic in full swing, and the status of the upcoming semester in question, Trademark faced the challenge of filling 64 units during uncertain times.
Corridor partnered with North Bay Companies in August of 2020 to take over the property's leasing. As a third-party service, Corridor is solely focused on the property's lease-up phase and is dedicated to achieving top-notch results. Over the course of the next 60 days, Corridor's agents brought the building from zero to 70% leased.
Today, Trademark has stabilized with all 64 units leased. Brad Baar, owner of Corridor shares, "Nothing is more exciting for us than to have reached 100% leased at Trademark. After a challenging year, I’m very proud of my agent’s dedication and determination to remain steadfast to finish this project."
Corridor will continue its partnership with North Bay Companies, providing ongoing leasing services for this property into the future.
