Corridor Taps Florida Powerhouse as Director of Leasing

He’s led 60+ lease-ups, built teams from the ground up, and co-founded a leasing brokerage. Now, Anthony Pawlik is bringing that expertise to Corridor.

As we map out our long-term vision for growth, one thing has become crystal clear: if we want to expand intentionally and sustainably, we need the right structure to support it. That means doubling down on what makes us different- our laser focus on leasing, and building out a team designed to scale that advantage.

That’s exactly why we created the Director of Leasing role. And it’s why we’re so excited to welcome Anthony Pawlik into it.

Anthony brings over a decade of experience leading marketing and leasing strategies across the Midwest and Southeast, with a specialty in new developments and large-scale lease-ups. His background includes leadership roles at top real estate firms and even co-founding a leasing brokerage in downtown Chicago. In total, he’s overseen more than 60 successful lease-ups — and he’s just getting started.

So why Corridor?

“I’ve always followed Corridor’s journey. From the outside looking in, it’s been clear this is a company that puts leasing at the center of the conversation. After getting to know the team and seeing how aligned we are in vision, it felt like a no-brainer,” says Anthony. “It was a gut feeling — this is going to be an awesome adventure.”

Anthony knows firsthand the pitfalls that come with underestimating leasing, and he’s seen what happens when companies treat it like an afterthought. It’s this exact mindset that makes Corridor’s model stand out. Anthony recognized that right away, and it’s a big part of why he chose to join the team.

“When leasing teams get rolled into operations, they end up doing everything but leasing — renewals, work orders, admin. That leads to a disjointed renter experience and ultimately, lost leases. Corridor gets that. That’s why I’m here.”

Anthony’s vision for the role is clear: to raise the bar on what leasing teams can deliver. Not just during lease-up, but throughout the entire resident journey.

"Leasing is the only revenue-producing position in a building. When it's overlooked, you lose occupancy, you lose momentum, and you lose the renter experience. My mission is to elevate leasing into the strategic cornerstone it should be— for agents, developers, and residents alike.”

And yes, he moved from Florida to Minnesota to take on this challenge, though as a Michigan native with stints in Chicago and Minneapolis, he knows what he’s in for when winter rolls back around.
